Farm-to-Table Activism Dinners

Our events typically last 3.5-4 hours. Upon arrival you will check in with our host, where your name will be on the guest list (there are no physical tickets to our events). The festivities begin with a reception featuring welcome beverages. Once everyone has arrived, you’ll hear from your hosts.
Following reception, we will invite guests to join us at the table. Dinner is usually served 1 hour-1.5 hours after the event begins. There is no assigned seating (unless you are joining us with food allergies), and everyone sits down together at the same time to enjoy a five-course dinner with beverage pairings. Folks will hear from a local food advocate and a farmer throughout the meal. At the end, we will take meaningful grassroots action together.
Dinner is served on family-style platters that everyone shares to celebrate the fruits of the land and the labors of all involved by breaking bread with each other.

If you leave something behind, we will always do our best to get it back to you. Please reach out to lou.wirtanen@togreenerpastures.org with information about what was left. We will connect with the event host and notify you if your property was recovered.
Please keep in mind that most of our events end after dark, which means our team will not always be able to locate misplaced items during the breakdown process. Please be conscious of what you bring with you to an event, as we are in varied terrain and there are often unforeseen circumstances. We provide a place to store bags, jackets and other belongings during the event for your convenience, but we are not liable for lost or stolen property.

We want to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at our events. If you have any medical needs or require additional assistance due to uneven terrain, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind that there is an implied Assumption of Risk of Damage or Injury at our events, as we encounter a variety of terrains and climates. However, we work tirelessly to ensure the safety of our guests and are always available to answer any questions you may have. When making a reservation, please keep in mind that we are only able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free diets. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions so we can communicate them with our culinary team. If you have a food allergy, please make sure to mention it in your reservation and let your server know on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you!
Purchasing Seats

October 2023 seat reservations start at $145 USD + an optional $45 beverage pairing. Prices may vary depending on the event.
Events include a welcome reception, a tour of the property when appropriate and a multi-course meal at the table, all sourced from local, humane & sustainable farmers and makers. Our chefs build a thoughtful menu and cook a meal highlighting food from our local food system. Dinner is served family-style with carefully chosen beverage pairings for each course. At the table, you’ll have the chance to dine and mingle with the farmers and makers featured at the event.
Throughout each course of the meal, guests learn from a local farmer, a food system reform organizer and advocate, and are led through grassroots actions right at the dinner table. Together, we help raise our voices and contribute toward the movement away from factory farming and towards humane, sustainable, just food and farms.

No, you do not need a physical ticket. If you have received a confirmation email, you are confirmed for the event. Please give your name to the host upon arrival to check in.
One thing to keep in mind is that IDs will be checked at the door to make sure everyone is of legal drinking age.

Due to the nature of our events, and per our Terms of Purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in.
